Hi, I'm Zann. Together with my wonderful partner, Irene,
I co-founded Instillearning Therapy Centre. As parents of special needs children, we share the same thoughts, worries, and hopes as the families we work with. With over 30 years of experience working with preschoolers and 15 years specializing in special needs education, my expertise combines with Irene's unique insights to create a compassionate and supportive space for both children and their parents.
We started this centre to equip children with essential skills and meet their simple needs, ensuring that each child can thrive in their own way. Beyond that, we are dedicated to empowering parents by providing guidance and tools to help them navigate their child’s behaviour and academic development. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to foster growth, celebrate individuality, and build a community where families feel supported and understood.

As the founder of this learning centre and a proud parent to a child with special needs, Zann brings both professional expertise and deeply personal insight into every aspect of her work. With over 30 years of experience in early childhood and special needs education, she has dedicated her life to creating inclusive, nurturing spaces where all children can thrive.
Her classrooms are filled with the magic of storytelling, the rhythm of music, and the joy of learning through expressive arts. Trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach, Zann is especially passionate about supporting children who need that extra bit of care, helping them build confidence in both literacy and numeracy—always with kindness, patience, and a big dose of creativity.
For Zann, this work isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling rooted in love, understanding, and the belief that every child deserves to shine.
Russell Tan - Behavior Therapist
An experienced and passionate individual with a love for teaching and empowering others through powerful and mindful mental health awareness. Equipped with 4 years cumulative practical knowledge in the field. Adept in ABA Therapy and familiar with various teaching techniques, with the drive to assist in the students growth and nurturing their the potential. A firm believer that with patience and understanding the needs of different clients can be met with the right support, care and engagement.
Alice - Chinese Tutor
A dedicated Chinese tutor with a strong academic background and a passion for empowering young learners to build confidence in the language. Specializing in lower primary education, I provide personalized support in conversational and academic Chinese, particularly for non-native speakers and students needing extra guidance in Hanyu Pinyin, vocabulary building, oral expression, and writing.
I believe in making learning fun, interactive, and engaging, incorporating games, visuals, and storytelling to create a dynamic classroom experience. My goal is to foster a supportive environment where students develop a love for Chinese and grow at their own pace.
